I did my schooling from Loyola School, Jamshedpur and then moved to Delhi to do my bachelors in Economics from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. After my bachelors I spent a year in trying out things that I enjoyed doing (from the advertising world to journalism) but ended up working for FODRA, a grassroot level NGO working in north east Delhi.

I really felt that I had found what I wanted to be and went on to do my Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. I then joined Development Alternatives under their Leaders of Tomorrow Programme from campus.

After 8 months, moved on to start Dhriiti along with Nidhi and Arindam. Dhriiti is where my dreams and aspirations culminated and so did it for the other two. It is where I get inspiration to innovate and ideate and then implement the same. It is where I toil hard for smiles on numerous faces. It is where I live my life!

Dhriiti started its first enterprise Tamul Plates Marketing Company(TPMC) and later the Tamul Plates Marketing Pvt. Ltd. with our producers as partners to provide marketing support in Assam and other parts of India.

I joined TPMC in the year 2009 as a manager of TPMC production unit. I was associated with Dhriiti in its initial stage and helped Dhriiti in running its pilot unit. Then I left Dhriiti and joined in an insurance company. I worked there for two years and got the offer to become the manager of TPMC production unit. My earlier experience helped me a lot to carry forward my new work at TPMC. Today I am very much confident in managing all the activity happen in TPMC.
